Update
Life is crazy busy.
Our Band made a Superior, Division 1 at contest on Tuesday. It was the first time in 8 years! We compete in Area on Saturday.
I wrote a story in Spanish for the first time last week. It was difficult, but fun. There were mistakes, of course, but I felt good about it.
I will get another massage next week--after being on the bus again with the kids, I will need it!
The new shoes and inserts seem to be doing well. I wore them all day at contest on Tuesday, where we did a lot of walking, and my foot didn't hurt too much. Hopefully, I have found a solution for now.
My mantra for today is: I am a child of God; I am not the runt of the litter! Somebody must know what I mean by that!
Until next time, be blessed and choose JOY!

Thanks for the update! Best part (well besides the band doing so well) is the inserts working! Woohoo!
ReplyDeleteAm here praying for your family!
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Praying for you right now!
ReplyDeleteRomans 5:1-4 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

Know that I'm here praying!
ReplyDeleteRomans 5:6-9 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

ReplyDeletePhilippians 4:8-9 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
