Oh, what a difference!

The reality of how stressful last week was really hit me today. Loosing two friends and seeing that others had died as well, is stressful. Plus, the heat was just dragging me down. I kept my promise to choose joy today. It felt good not to be the complainer that I was last week!

Our time with the Boys & Girls Club kids today was great! They were cooperative and interested; plus, they all behaved very well. When I got home, I was tired, but not drained. Oh, what a difference!

Stopping by to let you know that you're in my thoughts and prayers!
Psalms 121:1-4 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

  2. Praying in Seattle!
Psalms 121:5-8 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

  3. Know that I'm always here praying!
Psalms 32:6-7 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
