Normal....really?!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: For the second time in a few years, my blood work came back as NORMAL!!! Whoo hooo! That means that my cholesterol is not elevated, and my ferritin level is way down from what it was. (People that get blood transfusions should not take vitamins with iron, because of all that you get in the blood...said my oncologist a couple of years AFTER my transfusions! We have worked several years to get it down, because it was off the charts.) I will need to call for the actual numbers, but this is such great news!

  1. OH I wish I could! Was just telling another friend today that i can't donate anymore. Used to donate platelets every other week but then within 6 months I tested positive twice for Hepatitis B ANTIBODIES! What does it matter if I have antibodies?! But was told I could NEVER donate blood again. Oh it's upsetting! So many are in need and I've got the best platelets! I used to be a direct match all the time...and now nothing!
    Lifting up prayers right now!
    1 John 1:1-4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

  2. No matter what needs to be faced in life, our thoughts should always be on the Lord. True help comes from Him alone! Praying!
    John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
    Luke 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

    Colossians 1:9-11 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

    Colossians 1:12-14 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

  5. Know that you're in my thoughts and prayers!
    Romans 14:7-9 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
