Health
This has been a very trying week. I have walked, and I have taken a day off due to rain. I can tell the difference when I don't walk, so I think I am hooked now. No more counting days of exercise; just gonna go with it.
I did see my doctor about my joint & foot pain. She is sending me to a podiatrist because she said when a bunion starts hurting a lot, it is time to do something about it. In the mean time, I have really modified my walking with several times of stretching through out. I still walk the same distance, but not as quickly.
I also saw my Oncologist this week. He was very pleased with how I am doing, and he said, "You better get out of here, before I find something wrong with you!" Whoo hoo
Oh, I also got my flu shot this week. The flu is already popping up around here. Take care of yourselves: NO FLU ALLOWED!
