Walking: Days 7 & 8
Well, I am living up to my nick-name: Snail Lady! That is how I feel when I start hurting, or when I think I should be able to go a longer distance than I do. No worries though, I am still in there doing it, and will continue! Won't my doctors be so proud of me when I see them next week? LOL

Tsk! Tsk! You're not supposed to push it that much at the beginning! You should never do like I did and actually jog...longer than you've jogged before...and have your thighs complain...a lot....
