Change is good....right?

Due to 'budget cuts,' I am no longer employed as a Graduate Assistant. I am very disappointed, but there are some positives to this situation. The biggest is that I will have 20 more hours a week to study! On the negative side, a big loss of money. I may have to go back to tutoring, which doesn't excite me. LOL

God is good all of the time, so I will just continue to trust Him and see what comes next!

Psalm 56:11
New King James Version (NKJV)

In God I have put my trust;
I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?

  1. Am sure the Lord will work even this out!
    Praying for you right now!
    Psalms 16:8-9, 11 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. (11) Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

  2. Stopping by to let you know that I'm always here praying!
    Jeremiah 17:7-8 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

  3. Look to the Lord for all things! He'll always be with you! Praying!
    Isaiah 40:28-31 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
